Political asylum

I started my business as a lawyer over 20 years ago , dealing with asylum and human rights, paying legal advice al Ciac Onlus (International Cooperation Asylum Immigration Center of Parma and Province), an extraordinary reality with which I still collaborate today.

I accompany the migrant citizen which intends to seek political asylum throughout its journey: from the administrative phase (request for international protection to the Commission Territorial for the Recognition of International Protection) to the proposition of the appeal before the competent Court, up to the Court of Cassation.

I have followed hundreds of migrants from the early 2000s to today. Many men and women from different parts of the world who have obtained the recognition of international protection or a residence permit for humanitarian reasons.

I listen to their stories (most often dramatic), I deepen them, I study the problems of the country they come from and, before the Judge calls them to examine them, let’s fine-tune the story.
