Political asylum
I started my activity as a lawyer over 20 years ago, dealing with asylum and human rights, providing legal advice to the Ciac Onlus (Centro Immigrazione Asilo Cooperation International of Parma and Province), an extraordinary reality with which I still collaborate today.
Criminal
For about 20 years I have been serving as Honorary Court Judge, assigned to the criminal section. At the same time, I carry out the activity of criminal lawyer in favor of individuals and companies at every stage, state and degree of the criminal proceedings.
Civil
I assist clients with civil liability practices such as compensation for damages following a road accident, medical liability or other type of accident, against both private individuals and insurance companies, both in the out-of-court phase, to reach a fair agreement, and in the judicial one.
